अब सेना में भर्ती की प्रकिया में बदलाव के बाद ४ साल की होगी नौकरी
केंद्र सरकार ने सशस्त्र बलों के लिए अल्पकालिक भर्ती योजना ‘अग्निपथ योजना’ की घोषणा कर दी है । इसमें 17.5 से 21 साल की उम्र के नौजवानों को चार साल के भर्ती किया जाएगा, जिसके लिए उन्हें 24 से 32 हफ्ते की ट्रेनिंग दी जायेगी । ‘अग्निपथ योजना’ की शुरुआत में थल सेना में 40 हजार और वायु सेना एवं नौसेना में 3 -3 हजार सैनिकों की भर्ती की जा रही है । और ये भर्तियाँ आगे भविष्य में भी होती रहेगी । इस योजना के तहत 25 फीसदी युवाओं को चार साल के बाद स्थायी रूप से शामिल भी किया जाएगा।
जो सैनिक ‘अग्निपथ योजना’ के तहत भर्ती होंगे उन्हें “अग्निवीर” कहा जायगा
इन अग्निवीरों की तनख्वाह हर महीने 30 हजार रुपये होगी , जिसमें सालाना 3,500 रुपये बढ़ाये जायेगें । इस 30 हजार रुपये की सैलरी में से कॉर्पस फंड के लिए 9,000 रुपये काटे जाएंगे, और इतनी ही रकम सरकार भी इस फंड में जमा करेगी। चार साल की सेवा के बाद ‘सेवा निधि’ में जमा यह राशि ब्याज सहित अग्निवीरों को वापस लौटा दी जाएगी, जो करीब 11 लाख 70 हजार रुपये होगी,
साथ ही बतादें इन “अग्निवीरों” को कोई पेंशन की सुविधा नहीं मिलेगी। इसके अतिरिक्त, “अग्निवीरों” का 48 लाख रुपये का बीमा भी कराया जाएगा और ड्यूटी के दौरान वीरगति पाने पर उनके परिजनों को 44 लाख रुपये की अतिरिक्त अनुग्रह राशि दी जाएंगी। अक्षमता, यानी शारीरिक विकलांगता के आधार पर मुआवजे का प्रावधान भी इसमें रखा गया है।
अब प्रश्न खड़े होते है कि
1 -4 साल बाद इन अग्निवीरों का क्या होगा
2 -क्या ये दुबारा आवेदन कर पाएंगे -(17 .5 -21) नहीं
3 -आवेदन प्रकिय्रा कब से सुरु होने वाली है
क्या होगा ‘अग्निपथ योजना’ से जनता को फायदा
1 – जवान रूल और रेगुलेशन के लिए जाने जाते है ऐसे नौजवानो की संख्या बढ़ेगी
2 -सेना निवृति से मिलाने वाली रकम से कोई काम खोल सकते है साथ ही सरकार इन लोगों लघु उद्योग के खोलने में मदद करेगी
3 – सेवा से निवृत होने की उम्र ज्यादा से ज्यादा 22 से 25 तक होगी तो और भी कार्य किये जासकते है जैसे नौकरी की तैयारी आदि
और क्या होगा सरकार को इस ‘अग्निपथ योजना’ से फायदा
सरकार के आंकड़े कहते है की सेना के बजट का 75 % सेना के अभिक्रियों को पेंसन देने में चला जाता है जो इस योजन के बाद पूरी तरह रुक जायेगा और मन ये भी जारहा है की आने वाले 20 साल में पेंसन जैसी प्रक्रिया बिलकुल बंद हो जायेगी
और क्या होगा सरकार को इस ‘अग्निपथ योजना’ से नुकसान
1 -सीखने की उम्र और कुछ कर गुजरें की उम्र 17 -25 तक ही होती है जो समय इस में चला जायगा
1 – ऐसे जवानो को सेना के अंदर की बाते पता चलगे यदि कभी जो सेना की सुरक्छा को लेकर एक बड़ा वीक पॉइंट हो सकता है
